Forbes has published an article that takes a look at Autodesk’s recent”Culture Code”, the outcome of months of “focus groups, workshops, discussion forums, and feedback loops” that aim to “shift the company’s operating culture”. According to the article it centres around 3 areas. First, Autodesk aims to be a customer company, second are three core values summarised as “think, feel and do” and the third element relates to working procedures to encourage employees to “act as one Autodesk”. You can read a little more about what this all means in the Forbes article.
