Description

Free 3D Model, Bobby is a low-poly game-ready animation model and has a full IK/FK body rig with 52 ARKit compatible facial blendshapes and an additional 75 blendshapes to really make her come to life. With render-ready files for Maya, 3DS Max, and Unreal Engine, you can just fire up your file of choice and start animating. Bobby supports facial motion capture inside of Unreal Engine 4 using the free Live Link Face app.

HOW TO USE LIVE LINK FACE (Unreal Engine Quick Start).

  1. Open project file, then go window -> live link (it should already be enabled by default)
  2. Open the Animation blueprint Bobby_AnimBP
  3. In the Animgraph, the 2nd node, in the drop down, select your iPhone
  4. Go to the event graph and repeat step 3.
  5. Open Live Link Face (free on the app store), animation should start streaming automatically (Instructional Video included)

How to Use FaceCap (Maya Quick Start):

  1. Record your face using the FaceCap app (Free to download on the app store), or download the demo recording provided.
  2. Transfer facecap recording to desktop.
  3. Reference model file into Maya scene
  4. Drag and drop FBX recording in the viewport.
  5. Drag and drop the MEL script in the viewport, animation will be applied automatically. (See Instructions Video)
