What is CGBucket?

CGBucket is the next generation 3D Modeling platform with a 3D Content marketplace, 3D Freelance Services and 3D Community like no other.

How can I pay for 3D Models?

CGBucket provides several checkout methods in multiple currencies. Pay with your card, Paypal or Coinbase. The gadget will automatically select your payment methods based on currency selected.

How is my information used?

We use your information only for your online experience on CGBucket.com, to provide accurate billing information and for user analytics. Your data will never be sold.

Can I return unwanted products for a refund?

Yes, you can return unwanted purchases. All returns are subjects to our returns policy. To request a return, please contact us.

Is CGBucket a registered company?

CGBucket is officialy registered with Companies and Intellectual Properties Commission of South Africa and is part of the International Patent Treaty.

What is a Royalty Free Lisence?

Royalty free license means you are not required to pay royalties on any proceeds from projects made with content from our store.

What is "Service as a Product" (SAAP)?

Service as a product means services are sold as products with a fixed pre-agreed price. Prices are guaranteed not to change.

Where can I find updates on my ongoing 3D Freelance Project?

To see ongoing project updates and status, please the visit the My Orders section in your “My Account” Page.

How can I delete my account?

Deletion of an account can be done on the “My Account” Page.

Where can I report items on the marketplace?

Click the “Report Abuse” link to report items on the marketplace. Alternatively, contact us with the item link to lodge a report.

CGBucket Vendors

A Vendor Account enables you to upload and sell 3D Models and Content, Create 3D Freelance Projects and Access the Vendor Dashboard. Registered users can upgrade to a vendor account by visiting the Vendor Upgrade Page

How do payouts work?

Vendors can request a payout at any time by visiting the Withdraw Tab. To request a payout, a vendor must meet the minimum payout threshold of $15.00 and all orders must mature for 7 days before a payout can be approved. Payments are made to Paypal or Bank Transfer.

What kind of content is allowed on the marketplace?

Anything Related to 3D Modeling is allowed, including 3D Models, Animation Files, Textures, Game Assets etc. Inappropriate, irrelevant or pornographic content will not be allowed.

How does the Freelance Portal Work?

Vendors can create services as products. Clients can browse services as they would regular products. Once a service is bought, the vendor will receive an email to start the project.

Where can I find Notifications about my 3D Freelance Services?

You can review notificiations of ongoing and completed projects by visiting your Freelance Project Notifications page

Are there any benefits joining the marketplace?

We provide free analytics and SEO tools as well as free advertising through our paid marketing channels.

Can I still sell my content somewhere else?

Yes, we encourage vendors to adopt a multi-market mindset. We have no exclusivity preconditions for products on CGBucket.com

Can I delete content?

Although this might impact your analytics performance, you can delete products you no longer want to have available.

Why is my 3D Model Product not being approved?

All products must have a Title, a Price (Price of 0 if Free) and at least one file added. All products must also have at least one image, although we recommend multiple images.

How does Vendor Verification work?

When a vendor requests verification, they will have to submit legal documents to CGBucket.com for vendor verification. Vendor Verification builds trust with your customers.

CGBucket Community

How does the community work?

The community has an activity feed, gallery, private messaging and more. The community is availabe to all users registered on CGBucket.com. Register a new Account to get access to the community.

What kind of content will not be allowed on the community pages?

Content relating to Politics, Religions, Race and Sexuality will not be allowed. We are a peaceful community.

Is my information secure?

All communications with CGBucket are securely encrypted, and our data is backed up securely to an external server to ensure your data is always protected.

What are Ranks?

Rank indicate the users level of experience on the site. Ranks are automatically assigned based on Reputation points. To see your rank, visit the rank to on your “My Profile” page

What are Reputation Points?

Reputation points are experience points awarded for interacting with the website. You can earn points for publishing models, getting store ratings and sharing your affiliate link with your friends.

Where can I find my Affiliate Link?

Your affiliate link can be found on your “My Account” under the Points Tab. Copy this link and send to it to your friends to receive points for visits, signups and more

How does User Verification work?

User can request verification by clicking the “request verification” link in their profile header.

Where can I report community abuse?

Each post has a link to report it. Alternatively, you can contact our support team with a link to the post to report it.

CGBucket 3D Service Clients

Why are my user messages and business messages seperated?

The messages sent in business project forms part of the contract between the client and CGBucket.com, thus we have seperated them into two seperate channels.

Are quotations and estimates free?

Estimate and Quotations are free of charge.

Can Business Clients become Vendors?

Yes, clients can upgrade their accounts to vendor accounts.

What are milestone payments?

Milestones payments are made at specific points during a project when certain goals have been met as stipulated in the client portal.

How to request a business demo?

Exisitng clients can request quotations and demo’s using the client dashboard. Vendors and Customer who wish to make use of 3D Services need to visit the 3D Services page to request a quote.
